We breed Large Fowl Light Sussex, Buff Orpingtons, Blue Orpingtons, Black Orpingtons, Lavender Orpingtons and Welsummers.  All our birds are registered, kept in closed flocks and wormed twice annually.  Our best advert is the feedback we get from customers. Our Light Sussex breeding flock are heavy, large framed unrelated birds, chosen for confirmation, colouring , good egg laying (about 240-260 eggs per year), thriftiness  and winter egg laying.  If you want a pure breed bird that will lay loads of eggs and look good, we can recommend the Light Sussex. Available in utility and show quality.

Our Buff Orpingtons are big, chunky birds with soft plumage.  They are naturally docile and don't attempt to fly.  We are delighted that Charlie, our breeding cockerel got placed 2nd at Royal Cornwall Show in 2009!   

We can post hatching eggs inside the UK.  Live birds must be collected by arrangement.  Please phone or email for availability.
